Phew,
What a week, 2 games in 1.
First game to come out was Lord Of The Rings: The Battle For Middle Earth II.
I downloaded the demo about 2 weeks ago and it blew me away literally, so I was definitely going to buy it. The graphics are superb. The rolling waves on the sea are stunning as they hit the shores of Middle Earth, plus the Elvin ships are amazing looking. Of course, I just had to buy the collectors edition.
Second game this week is The Sims 2: Open For Business.
Yes - I am a sims player, but so are 28 million or so other people like me.
It's a great wee game, Servo the Sim Robot looks very good in Sims 2 (originally appeared in the first sims 1 expansion - Livin' It Up) and as usual - maxis have animated the characters to re-enact people's excitement and frustration when making a purchase in a shop or running a business.
